Service was excellent- I received the exact racquet I expected within a few days and great communication as to the progress of the shipment. Little gifts with the delivery was a pleasant addition. Stringing was done well. One complaint would be that they applied the overgrip over the original plastic packaging around the handle. I didn’t notice until playing a few times and the overgrip started to slip off. Overall my experience with Badminton Bay was very good and I would order from them again.

The Abroz Nano 9900 badminton racquet plays pretty good but, the Abroz XStorm 88 badminton racquet is better suited for my game. The service from Badminton Bay is always really good. Thanks.
