I am writing this review after using venom for over 3 months now. Simply the best racquet that I have used. Just feels so good to play with and enriches the experience overall. Packs lots of power, clears are smooth and great control.

Raquet is good, however I selected the option of wrap the grip but I didn't received it wrapped. And your courier service very bad. I cannot track real status and apparently they didn't delivered to my place, I have to call Aramex and then USPS to pick up from the courier.

Made a couple of changes on my order and Mike was more than happy to accommodate my request. Receive the racket on time and it was strung according to my specs. Packaging was nice and secure. Was very with my experience so went ahead and order another racket from them.

Maintained professionalism and delivered before the date.  Happy with the service.

i have ordered some badminton racket which came exactly on time .I have try badminton bay before always happy about their service.

Product information provided was good, sufficient to take an informed decision. The response time was also very good and with the regular updates on the status of the order, the waiting period felt even shorter The product (the shoes) was fine and is comfortable to wear, except that the length is slightly longer than I expected. I think this is still an issue that I need to overcome with on-line purchase. Hopefully I would get better with this next time.

I purchased 14 rackets and all of them were strung according to instruction. Most of all...the shipping was unbelievably fast. Service and communication of the status was great, too! Pleasure to do business with.
