I purchased 4 rackets from badminton bay in 2 shipment recently. To begin with, congratulation s on the customer service! Quick, courteous and responsive! True 5 star service!! Keep up the good work with special thanks to Mike and Jo! Shipping was one time with real time tracking by DHL and FEDEX. The rackets are of good quality - in particular the new Shark Hammerhead racket has great balance and feel to it! But was very disappointed with the quality of APACS lethal offensive 66 strings on 3 of my rackets. They didn't feel good from start. 2 out of 3 broke within 3 weeks. Very bad quality! Overall good service and products! Will be buying again from Badminton Bay!

To start with I was not sure if I can rely on BadmintonBay.com as they were shipping from Malaysia but this was the best online shopping for Badminton I had. They were so accurate about the description of product and always very prompt on status updates. Hand down the best place to buy rackets.

I bought badmunton rackets from you twice. Both of them are pretty good quality. Best thing is the price.

I ordered 4 fantastic badminton rackets...they were delivred exactly on the predicted date. All well packed.

I received the racket I ordered very quickly and in excellent condition. Thank you for the towel and grip as these were provided free. The custom stringing of the racket didn't seem as good quality though. The strings were not straight and when using the racket the string would misalign very quickly so I think the tension is a lot less than specified. However good racket, fast delivery and great service otherwise

Great service. First order received was damage in transit, but support from badmintonbay was fast and they sent a replacement set.

This is great racquet and Badminton Bay are awesome to buy from!! They string it fast, process it fast and ship it off fast. I couldn't thank them enough for adding my requested pink strings BG66 Ultimax and did their best to accommodate a pink grip. The racquet itself i find is a great all-rounder and i love the flex! Just a shame they won't be making more of these so buy this one now!

I bought these racquets for my 2 sons to play. These racquets weighed with 6u and they enjoy playing with it. It's light enough for a 7 year old to hit comfortably. Seller is quick with responding to the purchase and with super speedy delivery. Love it and will look into other products in this site. Thank you!!
