Badmintonbay has great price es and service! After I ordered two sets of 3 raquets I kept getting email updates about eg raquets getting stringed, shipped. Shipping was fast. Raquets are great the free grip has for mybtatse too crazy colors and is a regular and not an overgrip and so too large. I hope they will change of e day just to an I ergrip, as the original grip with original plastic is still below, which is great.

I did have to splurge a bit extra to get free shipping but happy with the bag that I added on. Quality of stringing was great. Tracking facility second to none and courier delivered on Saturday morning !!! That was WOW. Thank you so much for that. Only suggestion would be to outsource some shuttle cocks that would suit beginner and intermediate players at cheaper price point, e.g.. even my local shop full retail prices on shuttle cocks are better than yours!? I was looking for a new badminton racket and I had no idea where I could get one from Asia but from my regular badminton store in Hong Kong. I wanted to try other brand of racket and somehow I found Badmintonbay in Google. Sur prisingly, Badmintonbay offers a wide range of brands, from well-known Yonex to less-known racket (for Westerner). And of course, Badmintonbay also sells other great accessories for badminton player.

The website is easy to navigate, no hidden charges and all prices are given in the website. I give a big plus for Paypal payment option. I have purchased several items from this store, for me and for my friends (after my recommendation ). Overall, I'm very satified with the staff and the products. The checkout works flawless, Packaging is good. Delivery is fast. One thing though. When ordering multiple rackets (a set of rackets) it would be good if we can select tension for individual racket.

Ordered 3 rackets to safe the shipping costs and the price ended up at about 70% of what I would have paid over here in OZ with a insanely larger range of products to choose from! Ordering to delivery took about 10 days. Quite happy with that too!
