This is my second time buying from Badminton Bay and I must say I'm pleased at how promptly they respond to your queries. They helped me create my order in a way that I could get free delivery, offered to return my money when one of the items was found out of stock - overall a pleasant buying experience. The items arrived reasonably quickly to my house in the US (about 7 days as claimed). Everything was well packaged, racquets came prestrung to my requested tension and with grips.
