Dear Seller, I had been purchased four times from BB and overall experience is great except one minor issue encountered with incorrect tension on new purchased rackets on one of earlier purchase. I would love to see if BB can carry shuttlecock for volumne sales overseas. As our club is constantly looking for good source of volume shuttlecock purchase such as RSL classic, aero and li-ning. Badminton racquet was good, exactly as described. Bag was a suprise actually, smaller than what i thought it was, could be nice to put a racquet next to the bag for comparison, but the bag was good otherwise.

My order was properly handled and delivered reaonably quick to Canada. And I was provided with a direct link to DHl tracking so that I don’t have to type in the tracking number every time I want to know the status. I was also provided with an extra socks and some grips with my order for free. I really appreciate that.

I loved the first three rackets I bought from Badmintonbay so much that I decided to buy more. (Believe it or not, the Asgardias were TOO light for me - so I gave one as a gift to a young player, and I'm keeping the others as spares). A friend suggested I buy the Edgesaber, so I plonked three into the shopping cart. They were so inexpensive that I needed to spend more to get free shipping. I added the APACS/Abroz Nano 9900 package, which included some Abroz socks (which are great). Any way, all the rackets are great. It turns out that the 9900s suit my playing style better than the Edgesabers, which are a little head heavier than the 9900s. But I quibble - all of the rackets are excellent. The stringing and grips are top notch, and the shipping communications and delivery were excellent. All around, these are GREAT deals for excellent rackets!

The purchasing experience with Badminton Bay was smooth from the point of order till the delivery. Mike sent the courier tracking details and also answered my queries promptly. The shipment arrived at my doorstep within a week.  

The racquet is as per specifications and it's currently my go to racquet while playing doubles. I am enjoying playing with it. The drop shots have been precise and the smashes are quite sharp too. As with any Apacs racquets, because of their specs, my reaction times are quicker too. Overall, a good racquet to have in your kit.

As my purchasing experience of Apacs Z Ziggler Force 2 with Badminton Bay was fantastic, it was a no brainer to get my Apacs Stern 90 Offensive from the same place. Again, my purchasing experience was amazing thanks to Mike. I had requested for blue PU grip and it was obliged. This might be sound inconsequentia l to others, but for me, it did matter in enhancing my experience of dealing with BB. Also, getting a pair of Abroz socks was another pleasant surprise. Thank you, BB! The order was shipped within 2 days of purchase and it arrived at my doorstep in Sydney within a week!
