First, I have to say that it has been an excellent service from Badminton Bay. Updates are consistent and shipping is fast. Got my racket in great condition, perfectly strung to my specifications. I received the Apacs Virtuoso Performance racket at around 5 PM - just in time for my 6 PM badminton schedule that day. There is practically no adjustment period needed to get used to the racket. It's very easy to get the hang of it, even if I just got my racket that day. Played a little over two hours that night and won all my matches - singles and doubles. This racket has power, control, and speed - just right for my kind of play. The racket also comes at a great price. Playing with this racket is such a pleasure.
